The Digital Product Developer will combine technical expertise with a product-oriented mindset, ensuring all solutions are secure, scalable, maintainable, and tailored to user needs. The role emphasizes rapid innovation, continuous improvement, and the prototyping of emerging technologies and AI capabilities. The developer will partner with product teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, supporting the full product lifecycle from discovery to deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and sustain digital products that improve the employee experience within the organization.
• Create AI-enabled applications, intelligent agents, and workflow automation tools.
• Develop integrations across various enterprise systems and platforms to ensure seamless operation.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of digital products, from initial concept and discovery through to deployment and ongoing enhancement.
• Drive innovation by experimenting with new technologies, gathering user feedback, and refining solutions.
• Prototype emerging technological capabilities, especially in AI, to explore their potential applications.
• Work collaboratively with Product Managers to interpret business needs and develop scalable, effective technical solutions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in developing digital products, enterprise applications, or business solutions that meet organizational goals.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or within the .NET framework.
• Experience designing and integrating APIs, enterprise services, and cloud-based solutions.
• Proficiency in web application development using modern frameworks and responsive design principles.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices, including version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
