The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business development efforts, shaping strategic propositions, and delivering large-scale AI-enabled transformation programs. They will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping define AI strategies, operating models, and governance frameworks, including establishing AI Centers of Excellence and scaled adoption approaches.

In addition to client-facing responsibilities, the Director will contribute internally by developing consulting capabilities, creating reusable assets, and supporting talent development through coaching and mentoring. The role also emphasizes thought leadership, with responsibilities to produce industry insights, whitepapers, and represent Capgemini at industry events. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consulting or senior industry roles within the energy and utilities sectors, with a proven track record of delivering large transformation projects leveraging AI and digital technologies. They should possess strong relationship-building skills, leadership experience, and a deep understanding of AI opportunities and risks in regulated environments.
