The role of Director in Asset & Capital Performance within the Energy Transition & Utilities sector at Capgemini presents an exciting opportunity to lead strategic initiatives that enhance asset management and capital investment performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading transformation initiatives and infrastructure projects within asset-intensive industries, gained through consulting or senior industry roles. Proven ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, orchestrate cross-practice teams, and deliver performance improvements using digital technologies such as AI and data analytics is essential. Strong communication skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and a commitment to high standards of project delivery are critical qualities.
