This role involves leading major client engagements, driving business development, and shaping innovative AI-enabled solutions to support the digital modernization of energy and utility organizations.

As part of Capgemini Invent, a division renowned for blending strategic, creative, and scientific expertise, you will work closely with clients across sectors such as Energy Networks, Water, Energy Retail, and Nuclear. Your responsibilities will include leading large-scale transformation programs, establishing AI governance frameworks, and developing new propositions and thought leadership to reinforce Capgeminiâ??s market leadership in AI-driven business change.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in consulting or senior industry roles within the energy and utilities sectors, with a proven ability to deliver complex digital and AI transformations. You should possess strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders, a track record of leading high-performing teams, and a deep understanding of AI opportunities and risks in regulated environments.
