Deep knowledge of the UK energy networks landscape, including sector trends, regulatory challenges, and operational issues, is essential. The role also requires strong business development skills, including proposal writing, opportunity pursuit, and client management, along with expertise in digital transformation technologies such as AI, IoT, analytics, and automation tailored for energy networks.

Key responsibilities include setting strategic priorities, nurturing senior client relationships, driving business growth through proposal and opportunity development, overseeing project delivery, and contributing to internal initiatives like whitepapers and practice development. The Director will also support team coaching and mentoring, promote inclusion and diversity, and represent Capgemini at industry events and panels.
