Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced leader to serve as the Director of HR AI Technology & Transformation within their Strategy & Transformation practice. This role involves spearheading client engagement strategies, developing innovative HR technology solutions, and leading the practiceâ??s capability development in AI-driven HR platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex HR workflows into structured, high-impact solutions, guiding the integration of platforms such as Microsoft Viva, Copilot, Google Gemini, and ServiceNow HRSD, and shaping the overall HR technology architecture within client organizations.
In this position, you will drive business growth by leading go-to-market initiatives, supporting proposals, and contributing to client pitches. You will oversee the delivery of complex HR technology projects, ensuring seamless integration across multiple platforms and compliance with local policies and operational needs. Your role will also include shaping the strategic HR technology landscape, advising on platform selection, sourcing, and interoperability to support broader HR transformation efforts.
The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in HR tech stacks, including ServiceNow HRSD, Microsoft Viva and Copilot, Google Workspace with Gemini, and major HRIS systems like SAP, Workday, and Oracle. Leadership skills are essential, with experience coaching teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and building high-performing capabilities. Certifications such as ServiceNow HRSD Specialist, Microsoft Power Platform, Google Workspace Administrator, and HR ERP certifications are preferred.
