Capgemini is seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to take on the role of Director of HR AI Technology & Transformation within their consulting practice. This position is pivotal in shaping and delivering innovative HR technology solutions that enhance employee experience and drive organizational transformation. The successful candidate will lead client engagements focused on developing and implementing cutting-edge HR platforms built on technologies such as Microsoft Viva, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, alongside out-of-the-box functionalities from major HR ERP systems like SAP, Workday, and Oracle.
In this role, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the transition to unified employee experience platforms, ensuring seamless integration and adoption. You will also focus on expanding the practiceâ??s capabilities by ensuring consultants are proficient in HR AI solutions across various platforms, establishing robust methodologies, assets, and standards to support high-quality delivery. Your expertise will help translate complex business needs into effective technological solutions aligned with the North Star vision.
Driving innovation is a key aspect of this role, requiring you to stay ahead of emerging tools such as Viva, Copilot, and Gemini. You will help clients understand how these advancements impact communication, knowledge sharing, service delivery, and the broader HR landscape. Additionally, you will oversee the delivery of complex HR technology projects, ensuring solutions are effectively integrated across platforms like Microsoft Teams, Google Workspace, and ServiceNow channels, while accommodating local policies and language requirements.
You will shape and govern the overarching HR technology architecture, providing senior guidance on platform selection, sourcing, integration, and adoption strategies, often as part of larger HR transformation initiatives. The role also involves contributing to business development activities, including leading proposals, RFPs, bids, and client presentations, as well as participating in internal campaigns, think-tanks, whitepapers, and practice development efforts.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in translating HR workflows into structured solutions, defining future operating models, and understanding the implications of unified employee experience platforms. Leadership qualities are essential, including the ability to coach teams, influence senior stakeholders, and build high-performing HR technology capabilities. Technical expertise in HR tech stacks such as ServiceNow HRSD, Microsoft Viva/Copilot, Google Workspace with Gemini, and major HRIS platforms is required, along with relevant certifications.
