Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of embedded software solutions that meet high standards of reliability for space and critical applications.
  • Engage in all phases of product development, from initial design through testing and deployment.
  • Enhance development workflows, testing procedures, and overall software quality to ensure robust and dependable systems.
  • Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering environment.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in embedded software development using C, especially for real-time, resource-constrained systems.
  • Experience working with real-time operating systems such as FreeRTOS or Zephyr, or with Embedded Linux platforms.
  • Strong understanding of microcontroller hardware and low-level peripheral integration.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git, as well as CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.
  • Expertise in embedded debugging techniques and comprehensive knowledge of the software development lifecycle.
  • Preferably, experience working in space, safety-critical, or other mission-critical environments where system reliability is essential.
