We are seeking an Engineering Manager for Compilers to lead a team responsible for developing the compiler stack for our cutting-edge AI acceleration hardware.

As the Engineering Manager, you will oversee a team of over 10 engineers, ensuring the delivery of top-tier inference performance for large language models on our accelerators. This role requires hands-on technical leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, where you will work closely with hardware, driver, runtime, and machine learning engineers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading and managing a team of engineers focused on compiler development.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize compiler performance.
• Making architectural decisions based on evolving specifications and early silicon developments.
• Defining the intermediate representation design, lowering strategy, and execution model.
• Creating a supportive environment for team members to excel.

We are looking for candidates with:

• A proven track record of leadership in high-performance development teams.
• Experience in compiler development, particularly with machine learning compilers and technologies like MLIR or TVM.
• Up-to-date knowledge of machine learning techniques.
• A strong understanding of computer architecture and optimization techniques.
• Excellent C/C++ programming skills and familiarity with industry-standard tools.
• A creative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
