Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience navigating retail organizational structures and procurement processes, with a track record of building consensus among diverse stakeholders including senior executives and IT teams.
• Strong negotiation skills demonstrated through successful complex agreement negotiations within retail policies.
• History of exceeding revenue targets through effective pipeline and sales process management.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of confidently presenting to varied retail audiences from category managers to top executives.
• Deep understanding of retail buying cycles, decision-making processes, and pain points.
• A strategic, analytical approach combined with creative tactics to capture market opportunities.
• Interest or experience with advanced AI systems and a commitment to their safe and ethical development for retail applications.

Compensation and Benefits

• The annual salary range is between £280,000 and £330,000 GBP, including base pay and commissions (OTE).
