Good Systems, the parent company behind the popular note-taking app Goodnotes, is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial leader to serve as the founding Executive Director of its new AI Consultancy. This role involves building a new business from scratch, with responsibilities spanning defining the company’s structure, services, pricing, and market entry strategies. The successful candidate will leverage their network and credibility to attract initial clients and generate demand, actively shaping the company’s offerings in AI training, thought leadership, and product recommendations.

As the face of the new brand, the Executive Director will represent the company publicly through speaking engagements, publishing, and participating in industry forums, converting visibility into a robust client pipeline. They will have full control over the company’s financials, including profit and loss management, pricing decisions, partnership development, and hiring. The role requires a strong sales background, particularly in consultancy or learning and development, with a track record of independently winning business through trust and relationship-building.

The ideal candidate will be deeply engaged with AI technology, staying current with industry trends, testing new tools, and understanding their practical business applications. Experience working within large organizations is essential to navigate complex decision-making processes and procurement procedures. A well-established professional network and visibility in AI and digital transformation communities are highly desirable.
