A fintech company that has spun off from a well-established asset management firm is seeking a mid to senior level F# Developer to join their team. The company operates with a small team of five members located in London and Geneva, and they are looking to expand their London team.

The primary focus of this role will be on developing applications that involve connectivity, market data, and post-trade processes. While proficiency in F# is preferred, candidates with a background in C# are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop applications in F# with a focus on connectivity, market data, and post-trade functionalities.
• Collaborate with a small team of developers based in London and Geneva to enhance existing systems and build new solutions.
• Contribute to the design and architecture of software applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, specifically in C# or F#.
• Experience working in buy-side finance or startup environments, with a proven track record of building applications from the ground up.
• Strong understanding of real-time systems, multi-threading, and performance-oriented coding practices.
