As a Finance Transformation Managing Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformation initiatives tailored to meet the challenges faced by clients today and in the future. Your Role

In this managerial position within the Finance & Enterprise Value practice, you will leverage your extensive experience in Finance Transformation Consulting while also engaging with the broader Enterprise Model & Strategy portfolio. Your contributions will include:

• Delivery & Stakeholder Management: You will be accountable for the successful delivery of strategic transformation projects, leading complex initiatives and collaborating with clients to identify business challenges and solutions.
• Practice Development: You will provide leadership for specific offerings, developing playbooks and toolkits that foster innovation and enhance our market position.
• People Management: You will coach and develop team members, contributing to their performance management and career progression.
• Business Development: You will support the growth of the practice by engaging in leadership activities and driving the commercialization of solutions to meet business objectives.

Your Profile

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Proven consulting and leadership experience, with a strong ability to build and lead teams.
• Expertise in performance improvement techniques and familiarity with the finance value chain.
• Experience in multiple industries, including Public Sector and Financial Services.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to develop relationships with senior executives.
• A fully qualified UK Chartered Accountant status (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
