Join Lenovo’s Solutions & Services Group (SSG) as a Forward Deployed Engineer and contribute to driving AI-powered transformation across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and technical teams to identify high-value AI opportunities, develop innovative solutions using Microsoft AI technologies, and ensure successful adoption that delivers tangible business results. Your responsibilities will include understanding business workflows, translating challenges into practical AI use cases, designing and building AI solutions with tools like Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft 365, and deploying these solutions seamlessly into existing processes.

You will be involved in rapid prototyping, testing, and iterating solutions within agile cycles, collaborating with users to validate concepts and improve outcomes. Ensuring the solutions are integrated into daily workflows and scalable for future use is a key part of your role. You will also be responsible for driving user adoption, working with change management teams, and monitoring solution performance to optimize and scale AI initiatives effectively.

To succeed, you should have over five years of experience in software or solutions engineering, applied AI, or related fields, with a proven track record of delivering enterprise AI solutions that solve real business problems. Practical experience with Large Language Models, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, and AI orchestration frameworks is essential. You should be familiar with integrating AI with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources, and proficient in Microsoft AI tools like Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft 365. Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages are required, along with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. A passion for organizational change and continuous improvement is highly valued.
