This is a full-time, permanent position for a Forward Deployed Engineer based in the UK, with a requirement for frequent travel to client sites across Europe. All travel expenses will be covered by the company.

Role Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you will be responsible for building, implementing, and deploying agentic platforms tailored to client environments. Your focus will be on developing scalable AI-driven solutions that enable organizations to operationalize LLM-powered agents across various products and processes. You will collaborate with client stakeholders and technical teams to ensure seamless integration of these capabilities with existing systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and deploy agentic platforms within client environments.
• Build and deploy scalable AI-driven solutions for operationalizing LLM-powered agents.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and delivery teams to integrate agentic capabilities.
• Design and architect LLM orchestration using frameworks like LangGraph and CrewAI.
• Implement multi-agent systems supporting tool use and workflow orchestration.
• Design and deploy RAG pipelines integrating enterprise data sources.
• Integrate platforms with client systems, including APIs and cloud services.
• Configure Kubernetes and deploy workloads effectively.
• Design deployment architectures for various environments.
• Work efficiently in diverse teams.
• Adapt to dynamic work environments with evolving objectives.
• Utilize consulting skills to deliver complex client engagements.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of commercial experience at a Senior Engineer level.
• Experience in designing and building agentic platforms using Python and AI frameworks.
• Ability to architect LLM orchestration with relevant technologies.
• Experience in implementing multi-agent systems and designing RAG pipelines.
• Proficient in integrating systems with APIs and cloud services.
• Experience in configuring Kubernetes and deploying workloads.
• Strong collaborative skills for working in diverse teams.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
• Demonstrated consulting experience in delivering complex solutions.
