Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement core product features utilizing technologies such as Python, TypeScript, cloud infrastructure, and event-driven systems.
• Take ownership of the software development lifecycle by collaborating directly with customers to identify their needs, define solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
• Quickly create minimum viable products (MVPs) when necessary, while also recognizing when to invest in more scalable solutions.
• Maintain high standards by applying best practices in areas such as testing, documentation, reliability, and security, and assist team members in doing the same.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in software engineering, capable of designing, debugging, and deploying reliable systems.
• Proficiency in at least one of the primary programming languages used (Python or TypeScript), or the ability to learn new languages as needed.
• Experience in developing and launching AI products from conception to deployment, whether in a startup environment, personal projects, open source contributions, or larger organizations.
• Comfortable working across the entire technology stack, including frontend, backend, and infrastructure.
• Ability to engage with customers or non-technical stakeholders to define, negotiate, and deliver effective solutions.
• A proven track record of initiative and drive, demonstrated through personal projects, open source contributions, or taking ownership of challenging tasks.
