About the Role

You will be responsible for defining the technical roadmap for high-performance Layer 1 FPGA intellectual property, ensuring the successful delivery of complex FPGA and ASIC projects. Your role involves close collaboration with various teams, including algorithm developers, system architects, software engineers, and senior leadership, to translate product requirements into practical hardware implementations.

Beyond technical leadership, you will mentor and develop your team members, improve existing design methodologies, and help establish efficient processes within the hardware development group. Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience leading FPGA or digital design teams, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in RTL design using Verilog or SystemVerilog.
• Hands-on experience with FPGA and ASIC development projects.
• Knowledge of DSP architectures or high-throughput signal processing systems is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of synthesis, timing analysis, and hardware optimization techniques.
• Experience delivering complex IP components across all stages of development.
• Excellent project management and technical leadership skills.
• Familiarity with 5G DSP, UVM, AMBA protocols, PCIe, JESD standards, C++, SystemC, or satellite communications is a plus.
