Role Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans for assigned global accounts, aiming for sustainable revenue growth and long-term partnerships.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through consultative selling, cross-selling, upselling, and expanding into new solution areas within Lenovo’s portfolio.
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders across the client organizations, acting as the primary point of contact for customer engagement across the EMEA region.
- Position Lenovo as a strategic partner by aligning its solutions with the clients’ business transformation goals and priorities.
- Lead complex sales initiatives involving infrastructure, data centers, services, and other enterprise solutions offered by Lenovo’s Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG).
- Coordinate with global and regional teams to support RFPs, strategic bids, contract negotiations, and large-scale deal execution.
- Collaborate with technical, services, supply chain, and business teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs and ensure successful project delivery.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, account governance, and conduct regular business reviews to monitor progress and identify new opportunities.
Candidate Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Significant experience in enterprise sales, strategic account management, or global account management within the technology sector.
- Proven success in managing large multinational customer accounts and complex stakeholder ecosystems.
- Strong background in selling infrastructure, data center, cloud, and enterprise technology solutions.
- Excellent ability to engage, influence, and develop relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers.
- Experience leading complex sales cycles, strategic bids, and multi-country negotiations.
- Fluent English language skills are required; additional European languages are considered an advantage.
- Experience working with clients in the CPG, Retail, or Manufacturing industries, especially with global brands like Unilever, Coca-Cola, or PepsiCo, is preferred.
