Based in Cambridge, UK, this role offers the chance to work on next-generation graphics processors, ensuring their functionality and robustness through rigorous testing and verification.
In this position, you will be responsible for testing new hardware features and graphics APIs using specialized testbenches, developing and executing comprehensive functional coverage plans, and debugging failures by working closely with design, verification, and software driver teams. Your work will directly impact the quality and performance of cutting-edge graphics solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform testing of hardware features and graphics APIs to validate their operation and performance.
- Develop and implement functional coverage strategies to ensure complete verification of hardware components.
- Debug and troubleshoot failures, collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to identify root causes and implement fixes.
Required Skills and Experience
- Practical experience in hardware verification methodologies, including planning and executing verification plans.
- Strong programming skills in Hardware Description Languages such as SystemVerilog and UVM.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging capabilities to resolve complex hardware issues efficiently.
Additional Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with reusing and integrating external Verification IPs (VIPs).
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python and Scala.
- Willingness to travel within Europe to other Arm sites as required.

Additional Information
While this role does not include relocation support, Arm will cover the costs associated with visa sponsorship if required. Candidates are responsible for their own visa application expenses, including fees and health surcharges.
