Key Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of our product, its business model, and the main levers that drive growth.
• Utilize AI, automation, and advanced analytics to explore high-performing campaigns, identify patterns in user and product data, and generate actionable insights.
• Convert insights, experiment results, competitor research, and AI-driven exploration into hypotheses, identifying new opportunities for growth and monetization.
• Design and conduct rigorous experiments involving real users, working closely with designers, engineers, and analysts to implement ideas and iterate quickly based on results.
• Scale successful initiatives across the user base, applying lessons learned from each experiment to inform future discovery and testing cycles.
