As a Graduate Mechanical Engineer, you will gain hands-on experience over two years, supported by structured learning and mentorship aimed at fostering your growth. You will develop both technical and interpersonal skills essential for making a lasting impact in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the mechanical design of pumping stations, treatment works, and pipeline systems.
• Support project delivery teams both on-site and in the office.
• Collaborate with civil, electrical, and process engineers to ensure cohesive project development.
• Prepare technical reports, specifications, and detailed drawings.
• Engage with clients, contractors, and suppliers to uphold engineering excellence.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all activities.

Qualifications:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Mechanical Engineering (BEng or MEng).
• A strong interest in sustainable engineering and the water sector.
• Demonstrated interest in innovation, sustainability, and positive societal impact through teamwork and proactive problem-solving.
• Enthusiastic learner dedicated to personal and professional development.
• Possession of a driving license or willingness to obtain one within the first year, as site visits across the UK, particularly in East Anglia, are required.
