We are excited to announce the opening of applications for our 2027 Graduate Process Engineer Development Programme in Peterborough, starting in September 2027. During the two-year program, you will gain practical experience, structured learning, and mentorship from professionals dedicated to your growth. You will develop both technical and interpersonal skills essential for making a lasting impact in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of solutions and designs for Water/Wastewater Treatment Plants and sewerage/water systems to meet Anglian Water’s objectives regarding customer satisfaction, environmental impact, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure high-quality work and contribute to the team’s overall effectiveness while adhering to POSWSH/POSWASTE standards.
• Collaborate with the design team to create 3D models and innovative solutions.
• Support the team in promoting excellence in Health & Safety by applying knowledge and skills to produce safe designs in compliance with CDM Regulations and accepted codes of practice.
• Actively advocate for technical excellence, ensuring its importance is recognized and implemented across various projects.
• Maintain effective communication with other Engineers, Project Design Managers, and Operations to ensure seamless collaboration between disciplines, manage overlaps, and share best practices to enhance performance.

Qualifications:

• A degree in water/wastewater process science or a related engineering discipline.
• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management.
