Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated and talented Graduate Product Manager to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn, make a meaningful impact, and rapidly advance your career in a dynamic environment. You can be based in Milan, London, Madrid, Warsaw, or work fully remotely from eligible countries. The position is available on a permanent or fixed-term basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate: Develop a deep understanding of your product, its business model, and the key factors driving its growth. Use AI, data, and user research to uncover opportunities and challenge assumptions.
  • Innovate: Combine insights from users, market signals, and emerging technologies to identify high-impact features and initiatives. Use modern tools, first-principles reasoning, and creative insights to explore solutions quickly and sharpen your product thinking.
  • Execute: Turn ideas into impactful features by prioritizing ruthlessly based on data. Manage the entire development process, coordinating with designers, engineers, and other team members to deliver solutions that address the most important user needs.
  • Iterate: Use experimentation and product metrics to understand what works and what doesnâ??t. Treat each project as a learning opportunity, continuously refining the product based on insights gained.
