As a Graduate Quantity Surveyor, you will join our Infrastructure @one Alliance team, focusing on the successful delivery of clean water and wastewater projects across East Anglia. Over the course of two years, you will gain practical experience, structured learning, and mentorship from dedicated professionals who are invested in your growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions for various projects.
• Support contract administration and commercial reporting activities.
• Monitor project costs, identify potential risks, and manage change processes effectively.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and clients such as Anglian Water.
• Ensure adherence to NEC contracts, procurement frameworks, and commercial procedures.
• Contribute to value engineering efforts, cost-saving initiatives, and financial forecasting.

Qualifications and Skills

• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Commercial Management, or a related field that is RICS accredited.
• A keen interest in the water, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to pursuing professional accreditation.
• A valid driving license or the intention to obtain one within the first year of employment, as site visits across the UK are required.
