We are excited to announce the opening of applications for our Graduate Site Engineer position as part of the 2027 Development Programme in Peterborough, starting in September 2027. As a Graduate Site Engineer, you will join our Infrastructure @one Alliance team, where you will gain hands-on experience over two years, supported by structured learning and mentorship. This role is site-based and will provide exposure to significant infrastructure projects and innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily management of the construction site to ensure operations are safe and efficient.
• Support the setting out, surveying, and interpretation of engineering drawings.
• Coordinate the activities of subcontractors, as well as manage plant and materials on site.
• Monitor the progress of work, ensuring quality and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in managing environmental considerations and sustainability objectives.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Senior Engineers to address technical challenges.
• Contribute to project reporting and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Must be a final-year student or a recent graduate in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Demonstrate a strong interest in site-based engineering and the delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Show a keen interest in innovation, sustainability, and making a positive societal impact, evidenced through teamwork and proactive problem-solving.
• Be an enthusiastic learner committed to personal and professional growth, with a willingness to pursue professional qualifications or chartered status.
• Possess a valid driving license or be willing to obtain one within the first year of employment, as the role involves site visits across the UK, particularly in East Anglia.
