Role Overview

As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will engage in the entire lifecycle of software products, from initial concept through to design, development, delivery, and ongoing maintenance. Your responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and reviewing system requirements, focusing on both high-level and low-level software design.
• Implementing software solutions by updating existing code, developing new code, and merging updates into new baselines.
• Conducting software unit and integration testing, specifically utilizing white-box testing methodologies.
• Performing hardware/software qualification testing, known as black-box testing.
• Managing software certification processes, including documentation, defect investigation, and resolution.

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must have obtained, or be predicted to obtain, a minimum of a 2:2 Bachelorâ??s degree or a pass at Masterâ??s level in relevant subjects such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Software Development, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.

Contract Details

This is a permanent contract with a start date of 6th September 2027. The closing date for applications is Monday, 28 September 2026, at 10:15 (UK time).
