Key Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering client instructions and managing projects across various property sectors.
• Conduct property inspections and site visits to gather relevant data.
• Perform market research and analysis to support project needs.
• Help prepare valuation reports, lease advisory documentation, and consultancy projects.
• Create presentation materials and client reports to communicate findings effectively.
• Develop financial models and assess property performance metrics.
• Engage with clients, landlords, investors, and occupiers to foster relationships.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and gather market intelligence.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure professional documentation is up to date.
• Work towards achieving the Assessment of Professional Competence (APC) to become a Chartered Surveyor.

Qualifications

Essential

• Must be graduating in 2027 or have recently completed a degree.
• Currently enrolled in a RICS-accredited degree program or an equivalent relevant qualification.
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Show commercial awareness and a keen interest in the property market.
• Be self-motivated with a strong desire to learn and develop.
• Hold a full UK driving license or be in the process of obtaining one.

Desirable

• Previous work experience, internships, or placements are desirable.
• Participation in university societies, sports teams, or leadership roles is a plus.
• Basic understanding of the commercial real estate market is beneficial.
