Graduate Systems Engineer Overview

As a Graduate Systems Engineer at BAE Systems, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering advanced technology-led defense, aerospace, and security solutions. This role is based in Warton/Samlesbury, Lancashire, and you will be expected to work on-site 3-5 days a week, with a competitive salary of £34,000 per annum and a £2,000 welcome bonus.

Your responsibilities will include managing requirements, developing system specifications, conducting research and development, engaging in systems modeling and integration, overseeing qualification and certification processes, and providing product support. You will have the opportunity to work on significant projects such as Typhoon, Future Combat Air System, and Autonomous Systems.

To qualify for this position, you must have obtained or be predicted to obtain at least a 2:2 Bachelorâ??s degree or a pass at Masterâ??s level in relevant subjects such as Physics, Mathematics, Aerospace, Technology, Systems, or Engineering. Additionally, you must meet the Baseline Personnel Security Standard and may require higher levels of National Security Vetting based on your residency in the UK.
