As a Graduate Visual & Motion Designer, you will have the opportunity to create outstanding visual assets across various platforms, including social media, product visuals, brand materials, and presentation decks. Your work will be expected to be both effective and visually compelling, delivered promptly while maintaining high-quality standards from the initial brief to the final output.

You will develop deep expertise in your primary discipline, whether it be motion design, graphic design, or illustration, while also expanding your skills in related areas. Utilizing AI tools will be crucial in enhancing your creative output, allowing you to generate concepts quickly and streamline production workflows.

In this role, you will manage a high volume of work across multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery without sacrificing quality. You will need to make informed decisions based on business context, understanding the purpose and target audience of your work to make strategically sound craft decisions. Additionally, you will be encouraged to identify opportunities for proactive creative contributions and take the initiative to act on them.

We provide competitive salaries, with typical annual offers ranging from £56,345 to £85,797 in London and from �54,346 to �82,557 in other European locations. Candidates with less experience may receive offers at the lower end of these ranges, while exceptionally experienced candidates could earn up to £196,764 in London or �188,848 elsewhere in Europe. Permanent contract holders may also choose to receive part of their compensation in discounted company equity.
