Internship Overview
This internship opportunity is open to exceptional students and runs from June to September 2027. It is available in one of our offices located in Milan, London, Madrid, or Warsaw. Interns will be entrusted with meaningful responsibilities that directly impact our customers and will have the chance to learn at an unparalleled pace.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate: Gain a deep understanding of the product, its business model, and growth drivers by conducting detailed research using AI, data, and user insights to uncover opportunities and challenge assumptions.
- Innovate: Use insights from users, market signals, and new technologies to identify high-impact features and initiatives. Employ modern tools, first-principles reasoning, and creative thinking to explore solutions quickly and refine product strategies.
- Test: Design and execute rigorous experiments with real users, working closely with designers, engineers, and analysts to validate ideas and iterate based on findings.
- Execute: Turn innovative ideas into impactful features by prioritizing tasks based on data, managing the development process from start to finish, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet user needs effectively.
- Iterate: Use ongoing experimentation and product metrics to evaluate success, learn from results, and continuously improve the product through iterative cycles.
Candidate Profile
- Strong reasoning skills, capable of solving complex problems with structured, first-principles thinking while avoiding biases.
- Highly ambitious with a proactive attitude, demonstrating initiative, effort, and resilience.
- Excellent team player, willing to support colleagues, share ideas, and contribute to team success without expecting immediate returns.
- Reliable, honest, and transparent in communication and work ethic.
- Proficient in English, with excellent reading, writing, and speaking skills.

- Option for a permanent contract with part of the salary potentially paid in discounted company equity.
