Role Overview
As a Growth Manager, your primary responsibility will be to understand our products thoroughly, including their business models and growth levers. You will utilize AI, automation, and advanced analytics to identify high-performing campaigns, detect patterns in user and product data, and generate insights that inform growth strategies. Your role involves turning these insights, experimental results, competitive research, and AI-driven exploration into hypotheses and opportunities for growth and monetization.
You will design and execute rigorous experiments involving real users, working closely with designers, engineers, and analysts to implement ideas and iterate quickly based on results. Successful initiatives will then be scaled broadly, with learnings from each cycle shaping future discovery and testing efforts.
