Head of AR, EMEA, AWS Analyst Relations Overview

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is looking for a seasoned Analyst Relations (AR) Manager to spearhead its EMEA AR initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting, managing, and executing the AR strategy tailored for the EMEA region, effectively communicating the unique advantages of AWS’s extensive service portfolio.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing an AR program for AWSâ??s EMEA business to enhance regional analyst awareness and perception.
• Proactively managing AWSâ??s performance in regional analyst evaluations and communications.
• Driving the use of AR assets in AWSâ??s marketing and sales channels.
• Conducting ongoing AR activities such as analyst briefings and events.
• Delivering actionable insights and competitive analysis to marketing and sales leaders.
• Prioritizing and managing requests for information and research.
• Preparing AWS executives for engagements with analysts.
• Aligning with sales and marketing teams to maximize awareness of customer requirements.

A day in this role involves developing and executing an AR program that accelerates the education of IT industry analysts in EMEA, effectively communicating AWS’s key differentiators, and integrating third-party analyst insights into business strategies.

The AWS Analyst Relations team is integral to AWS marketing’s goal of establishing AWS as a leader in AI. This role reports to the Global Field Analyst Relations team, which transforms analyst insights into competitive advantages for regional marketing and sales teams.

Basic qualifications include experience as a market research analyst or product manager, cross-team collaboration skills, and a background in technology sales or marketing. Preferred qualifications include knowledge of cloud computing technologies and strong project management skills.
