• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, compliance standards, and reporting requirements.
• Leadership capabilities with a proven track record of managing and developing finance teams.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of conveying complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders.
• Relevant professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or similar are preferred.
• Experience within the AI or technology sectors is advantageous.
