The Singapore AI Safety Hub is seeking a dedicated and experienced Head of Operations to oversee and manage the daily activities of the organization. This leadership role involves developing strategic operational plans, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that all activities align with the organization’s mission to promote AI safety. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing internal teams, coordinating with external partners, and maintaining compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the daily operational functions to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Design and implement operational strategies that support organizational goals and growth.
• Manage internal processes, optimize resource allocation, and improve workflows to enhance productivity.
• Lead and motivate teams across different departments, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
• Track and analyze performance metrics, preparing reports for senior management to inform strategic decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and introduce innovative solutions to increase impact.
