Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced HR Payroll Transformation Managing Consultant to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and manage payroll transformation projects, providing strategic advice and technical expertise to clients. The successful candidate will oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met, while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will facilitate workshops, support process reengineering, and implement change management strategies to ensure smooth project execution. Additionally, you will contribute to the design of innovative tools leveraging AI, RPA, and Machine Learning technologies, and mentor junior team members to foster their development.
In this role, you will be involved in various activities including business development efforts such as preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and participating in client pitches. You will also contribute to internal initiatives like practice development, whitepapers, and thought leadership. Continuous learning is encouraged, with opportunities for training, certifications, and skill enhancement to support your career growth.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience leading HR and Payroll transformation projects, especially those utilizing cloud platforms such as SAP, Workday, or Oracle.
- Proven ability to manage projects effectively, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget constraints.
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and stakeholders, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Experience supporting end-to-end transformation activities, including discovery, solution design, data migration, system integrations, testing, change management, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Background working within major consulting firms or industry sectors with a consulting approach, demonstrating success in a matrixed environment.
- Knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance standards.
- Leadership skills in managing teams and driving project success, with a focus on client satisfaction.
