Capgemini Invent is seeking an experienced HR Payroll Transformation Managing Consultant to join their team. This role offers the chance to lead and manage complex payroll transformation projects, providing strategic advice and technical expertise to clients. The successful candidate will oversee project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and budgets are met, while building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will facilitate workshops, support process reengineering, and manage change management activities to ensure smooth project implementation. Additionally, you will contribute to the design of innovative tools leveraging AI, RPA, and Machine Learning, and mentor junior team members to foster their development.
In this role, you will be involved in business development activities such as preparing proposals, responding to RFPs, and developing client pitches. You will also contribute to internal initiatives like whitepapers, practice development, and internal think-tanks. Continuous learning is encouraged, with opportunities to pursue certifications and training to support your career growth.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience leading HR and Payroll projects, especially those utilizing cloud technologies like SAP, Workday, or Oracle.
- Proven ability to manage projects from discovery through to go-live, including solution design, data migration, integrations, testing, and change management.
- Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working within major consulting firms or in industry with a consulting background, demonstrating success in a matrixed environment.
- Knowledge of UK payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Leadership skills to coach and develop team members and foster collaboration.
- Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives involving AI, RPA, and Machine Learning technologies.
