Capgemini Invent is seeking a talented HR Transformation Managing Consultant specializing in GBS Technology and AI to join their team. This role involves supporting the transformation of HR and Global Business Services (GBS) by designing and implementing innovative operating models that incorporate AI and automation to enhance efficiency and employee experience. The consultant will work on developing future-ready HR solutions, including shared services, outsourcing, and Centers of Excellence, with a focus on embedding intelligent automation tools such as ServiceNow, Google Co Pilot, and Microsoft Power Platform.

Key responsibilities include supporting the identification and deployment of AI use cases across the employee lifecycle, leveraging platforms like ServiceNow HRSD, Microsoft Viva, Power BI, and Power Automate to improve service delivery. The role also involves applying data analytics for workforce planning, organizational design, and performance measurement, using benchmarking and scenario modeling to inform strategic decisions.

Collaboration with stakeholders across HR and GBS functions is essential to facilitate change initiatives, conduct workshops, and promote adoption of new digital solutions. The consultant will deliver digital HR services aimed at improving employee experience, such as self-service portals, case management systems, and AI-powered knowledge bases.

In addition to project delivery, the role offers opportunities for professional growth through knowledge sharing, contributing to thought leadership, participating in training and certifications, and mentoring colleagues. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting HR transformation programs within GBS environments, with familiarity with digital and AI-enabled HR solutions like Leena AI, Eightfold.ai, or Textio.

Proficiency with enterprise platforms such as ServiceNow HRSD, Microsoft Viva, Power BI, and Power Automate is required, along with a good understanding of GBS Target Operating Models and HR process optimization tools like Visio, Signavio, or Celonis. Strong consulting skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for digital innovation are essential for success in this role.
