Join Arup as an Industrial Placement in Management Consulting within the People and Organisations team, where you will contribute to transforming the performance and capabilities of our clients’ organizations. This role is based in Leeds, West Yorkshire, and is designed for individuals who are passionate about sustainable development and eager to make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing operating models, organizational structures, and governance frameworks to help clients achieve their strategic and operational goals.
• Support clients through transformation initiatives, from defining a vision for the future to establishing foundations that mitigate risks and enable sustainable change.
• Contribute to enhancing individual, team, and organizational performance by improving leadership effectiveness and creating customized workforce solutions.
• Engage in projects across the deal lifecycle, including due diligence and post-deal interventions, aimed at preserving and enhancing value creation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Business & Commerce, Climate & Sustainability Science, or Psychology, including Organizational Psychology.
• Demonstrated passion for sustainable development and a commitment to making a positive impact on the world.
• Strong critical thinking skills with an openness to new ideas and a willingness to challenge existing norms.
• A growth mindset, showing eagerness to learn and explore innovative working methods.
• Ability to adapt to various challenges and a high level of curiosity about organizational dynamics.
