Palantir Technologies is seeking an International Accountant to join their finance team in London, United Kingdom. This role involves supporting the accounting and compliance functions for a selection of the company’s international subsidiaries. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners, including auditors, bookkeepers, and tax advisors, to ensure adherence to local and international financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire accounting and reporting process for assigned countries, from recording journal entries to preparing financial statements.
  • Review general ledger activities and make appropriate accounting judgments for multiple international entities.
  • Coordinate with external service providers to ensure compliance with local reporting requirements and tax filings.
  • Support the consolidation of financial reports under US GAAP and reconcile these with local GAAP standards.
  • Ensure accurate recording and reconciliation of inter-company transactions across different jurisdictions.
  • Assist with tax filings, audits, census submissions, and business bidding processes in various regions.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities and process improvements, working across teams to enhance efficiency.
  • Participate in special projects and handle various ad-hoc assignments related to international accounting and compliance.

What We Require

  • Minimum of three years of experience in finance or accounting within a US multinational or Big Four public accounting firm.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS standards.
