What you'll do

• Provide first and second-level technical support to the store network and headquarters staff, offering service to more than 7,000 employees, as well as personalized attention to VIP teams.
• Perform hardware and software configuration, ensuring the optimal functioning of computer systems.
• Participate in strategic projects such as the opening of new stores, IT equipment renewal, system updates, efficiency improvements, and large-scale migrations.
• Offer support to users on mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals, guaranteeing a technologically efficient working environment.
