Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate collaboration across teams, managing dependencies and ensuring seamless coordination.
• Drive the delivery schedule, keeping projects on track and maintaining steady progress.
• Act as the primary liaison for Product Owners and Technical Leads, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and manage dependencies to prevent project delays.
• Create and update comprehensive programme documentation, including integrated project plans, risk and issue logs (RAIDD), resource forecasts, and progress reports.
• Align project outputs with strategic objectives set by governance bodies and client expectations.
• Lead workshops for cross-team planning and critical path analysis to ensure clarity and coordination.
• Summarize stream-level reports into executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Implement standardized processes across teams, including quality gates, documentation standards, and reporting procedures.
• Support communication between client stakeholders and delivery teams to foster transparency and collaboration.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive experience managing multiple teams to deliver on client needs and project objectives.
• Proven success in leading large-scale projects, preferably with relevant project management certifications.
• Experience managing project budgets and financial planning.
• Strong organizational skills to coordinate teams and tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met or exceeded.
• Leadership ability to motivate teams and promote a shared vision.
• Excellent communication skills across all levels, including senior clients and internal teams.
• Advocacy for agile methodologies, supporting team restructuring and embedding innovative ways of working such as data-driven decision making.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective project management processes and documentation artifacts.
• Skill in linking team activities directly to customer value and business outcomes.
• Fostering a culture of constructive feedback and continuous improvement.
• Attention to detail with an ability to see the bigger picture.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level.

Team and Work Environment

In this role, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary agile delivery team comprising Business Analysts, Architects, Creatives, and Developers. You will work closely with client stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring their needs are met and expectations managed effectively.
