Join Celonis as a Lead Solutions Architect, where you will play a pivotal role in deploying containerized solutions within customer environments. As a key member of our project teams, you will act as the primary technical liaison, ensuring that our clients successfully leverage the full capabilities of Celonis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, ensuring successful deployment of Celonis solutions.
- Lead technical discussions to assess customer architecture and recommend optimal deployment strategies.
- Identify and eliminate technical barriers to enhance user adoption of Celonis.
- Facilitate real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis using APIs and internal tools.
- Guide customers on best practices for authentication, user/group management, and provisioning.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years focused on deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
- Advanced knowledge of at least one Kubernetes distribution such as Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, or RedHat OpenShift.
- Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance; existing clearance is a significant advantage.
- Strong understanding of best practices for deploying, scaling, and maintaining secure and resilient containerized applications.
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools, particularly Terraform; familiarity with Helm or Kustomize is preferred.
- Proficiency with tools like ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Ansible is advantageous.
- Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.
- Familiarity with modern technologies and methodologies including REST/SOAP API management, data ingestion, and IT security.
- Experience in Python, SQL, and ETL processes for handling large data volumes is beneficial.
- Demonstrated project management skills and a customer-centric approach.
