Leader, Services Sales Overview

Cisco is a global leader in networking and technology solutions, committed to fostering innovation and empowering businesses worldwide. Currently, we are seeking a Leader of Services Sales based in London, United Kingdom, to spearhead our service offerings and drive growth within the region.

This role involves leading the sales efforts for Cisco’s comprehensive suite of services, including developing strategic plans to meet revenue targets, nurturing existing client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate will collaborate with technical teams and internal departments to ensure client needs are met with tailored solutions, while also guiding and motivating the sales team to achieve their objectives.

Key responsibilities include creating and executing sales strategies, maintaining a robust sales pipeline, delivering impactful presentations and proposals, and analyzing market trends to stay ahead of competitors. The role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and leadership qualities, with an emphasis on building long-term client relationships and expanding Ciscoâ??s market presence.

Candidates should have proven experience in technology or IT services sales, a solid understanding of Ciscoâ??s service offerings, and the ability to engage with both technical and executive stakeholders. A bachelorâ??s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred, with additional qualifications considered a plus. Willingness to travel within the region is expected.
