Join Pigment, a rapidly expanding SaaS company specializing in AI-powered business planning and performance management solutions. Our platform integrates data, processes, and people into an intuitive system that enables teams across various departmentsâ??such as Finance and HRâ??to develop, adapt, and align strategic plans in real time. Since our founding in 2019, Pigment has grown to include over 600 employees across cities including Paris, London, New York, Toronto, San Francisco, and Austin. Our culture encourages smart risk-taking, bold ideas, and challenging the status quo, all while working collaboratively as one team.

We are currently seeking a Learning Operations Manager to help expand Pigment’s educational ecosystem for customers, partners, and certification programs. This role sits at the crossroads of learning technology, operations, certification management, and partner enablement. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the operational foundation that allows users to learn, certify, and develop expertise on Pigmentâ??s platform. While you will serve as the main administrator for our learning technology stackâ??including our LMS and supporting toolsâ??your success will be measured by program adoption, certification growth, learner engagement, and ecosystem development rather than platform administration alone.

In this role, you will work closely with teams such as Professional Services, Partner Enablement, Customer Success, and other cross-functional stakeholders to build scalable systems, processes, and programs that facilitate education across the entire Pigment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational delivery of customer and partner education programs, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently at scale.
  • Design and improve workflows to automate manual tasks, increase efficiency, and reduce administrative effort, utilizing AI-enabled workflows and platform automation.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage emerging AI tools to enhance learner support, streamline administration, and support program scalability.
  • Create repeatable, scalable systems that support program growth without proportional increases in manual work.
  • Support the growth of Pigmentâ??s certification programs by developing pathways that guide learners from basic to advanced levels, increasing participation and completion rates.
  • Partner with stakeholders to promote awareness and engagement with certification programs, including train-the-trainer initiatives to expand delivery capacity.
  • Contribute to the development of a talent ecosystem by creating scalable educational programs that support talent development and readiness.
  • Use AI-assisted engagement strategies to motivate learners and improve certification completion rates.
  • Utilize data analytics and predictive insights to identify opportunities for improving learner progression and certification success.
  • Administer and manage the LMS and related learning technologies, designing scalable operations that incorporate automation and AI-driven processes.
  • Build automation workflows to minimize manual tasks related to enrollment, reporting, certifications, and learner support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate learning systems with other business systems and AI workflows, ensuring data quality and platform security.
  • Evaluate and implement new AI features to enhance personalization, content discoverability, and learner engagement.
  • Use AI-powered analytics and dashboards to monitor learner behavior, certification trends, and program effectiveness, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational performance through automation and AI innovations.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • At least four years of experience in learning operations, education program management, certification administration, or enablement operations.
  • Experience managing LMS platforms such as Docebo, Skilljar, Cornerstone, or LearnUpon.
  • Proven ability to oversee cross-functional programs and develop workflows that support large-scale education initiatives.
  • Experience supporting customer and partner education, certification, or talent development projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for improving program engagement and outcomes.
  • Ability to balance strategic goals with operational execution effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams including Customer Education, Enablement, Customer Success, Product, and HR.
  • Experience working in a high-growth SaaS environment is preferred.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
