As a Legal Counsel specializing in product and commercial law, you will have a significant impact on our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Drafting and negotiating a variety of contracts, including confidentiality, consulting, licensing, and SaaS agreements, while managing risk and ensuring compliance.
• Supporting product launches by collaborating with product teams to create legal terms, policies, and external communications, leveraging AI for efficient drafting.
• Providing legal advice across the organization, working with outside counsel on technology, product, marketing, commercial, regulatory matters, intellectual property, consumer protection, and AI governance.
• Managing disputes and litigation in Italy and internationally, coordinating with external advisors and ensuring alignment across business functions.
• Assisting with global labor-related matters in line with our company values and culture.
• Creating and maintaining scalable legal tools, including forms and playbooks, while integrating AI-driven workflows to support our high-growth business.
• Monitoring legal and regulatory developments to proactively identify opportunities for value enhancement and to address evolving business needs.

We seek candidates who possess:

• Strong reasoning abilities to tackle complex problems, with a critical thinking approach and attention to detail.
• A high level of ambition and drive, taking ownership of their work and striving for excellence.
• A collaborative spirit, supporting team success and contributing positively to the work environment.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Some relevant experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel following the completion of a law degree, familiar with the challenges of the role.
