Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the acquisition process by providing support and advice to the Accounting, Finance, and Business Acquisitions team on cross-border acquisitions, including conducting due diligence and drafting transaction documents.
• Collaborate with the Finance team to manage debt and equity financing, investments, and equity plans and instruments.
• Draft and negotiate various commercial contracts with vendors and customers, including confidentiality, consulting, licensing, and technology-related agreements, ensuring risk management and validation of terms.
• Develop and maintain scalable legal tools such as forms and playbooks, integrating AI-powered workflows to support the company’s growth.
• Monitor legal and regulatory changes to proactively identify opportunities that can unlock value and meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

• Strong reasoning skills to solve complex problems, with the ability to think from first principles and structure ideas clearly.
• High ambition and drive, demonstrating initiative, effort, and responsibility for work, while maintaining a commitment to high standards.

• Proficient in English, with the ability to read, write, and speak fluently.
• Some prior experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel after obtaining a law degree, with exposure to challenges relevant to the role.
