Role Overview

The company is seeking a Manager of Mid-Market Sales to join their vibrant team of creatives, engineers, marketers, and business professionals. In this leadership position, you will oversee a team of Account Executives in the NEMEA region, focusing on expanding the reach of Figmaâ??s Enterprise offerings. Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Sales, you will play a key role in scaling the sales operations within this rapidly growing organization. Your responsibilities will include engaging with existing clients and potential customers to foster meaningful relationships that enhance customer satisfaction and generate revenue. This is a full-time position based at Figmaâ??s London office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a diverse and motivated sales team, creating an environment conducive to success.
  • Participate actively in meetings with current clients and prospects to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Support ongoing training and development initiatives, including mentorship, hiring, and career progression for team members.
  • Help develop and refine sales processes and strategic initiatives to drive growth.
  • Conduct interviews, hire, and onboard new team members as the sales organization expands.
  • Present weekly sales forecasts and mentor Account Executives on strategies to exceed their sales goals.

Candidate Requirements

  • At least 7 years of sales experience, preferably within SaaS, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Deep understanding of the technical and competitive landscape relevant to SaaS products.
  • Ability to adapt and succeed in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Fluency in German, both spoken and written.
  • A proven history of leading successful sales teams with consistent achievement of targets.
  • Exceptional coaching, communication, discovery, and presentation skills.

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Additional management experience within SaaS companies.
  • Experience with Figma or other UX/UI tools, or relevant design experience.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and new challenges.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Command of the Message or MEDDIC.
