Capgemini Invent is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager at the Managing Consultant level to lead and deliver complex technology projects for large-scale corporate clients. This role involves managing project teams, coordinating with third-party vendors, and ensuring that project objectives are met on time and within budget. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels, translating technical changes into business language to facilitate operational understanding.
In addition to project delivery, responsibilities include contributing to business development efforts such as preparing proposals, RFP responses, and client pitches, as well as supporting internal initiatives like campaign development, think-tanks, whitepapers, and practice growth activities. The role also emphasizes continuous learning through training and certifications to support career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage project teams, working with third-party vendors to deliver projects aligned with client goals.
- Provide clear and effective communication of project status, technical impacts, and operational considerations to stakeholders at all levels.
- Translate technical changes into business-friendly documentation for operational evaluation.
- Manage project budgets and timelines, ensuring delivery within scope and financial constraints.
- Support business development activities, including proposal writing, client hosting, and event participation.
- Contribute to internal campaigns, think-tanks, whitepapers, and practice development efforts.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through training and certifications.
Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience in leading technology projects with a proven track record of successful delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, capable of presenting technical updates to diverse audiences.
- Ability to interpret technical changes and communicate their operational impacts effectively.
- Experience working with third-party vendors and managing vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and commitment to continuous learning.
