Reflection is seeking a highly skilled Member of Technical Staff specializing in Data Flywheel to join their team. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data processing pipelines that are essential to the company’s data-driven initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to create scalable and efficient data architectures, implement data models, and develop algorithms to improve data collection, storage, and analysis processes.

Key responsibilities include ensuring the quality, security, and integrity of data across all systems, participating in code reviews, testing, and deploying data software components, and staying informed about emerging data technologies to recommend system improvements. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in building and managing extensive data pipelines, with strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Scala. Familiarity with data storage solutions, including both SQL and NoSQL databases, as well as data modeling and ETL processes, is essential. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.
