With a strong presence in major cities and a commitment to fostering a collaborative culture, we are looking for a Mid-Market and Corporate Sales Manager for the UK&I region.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 6-7 sales professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Act as a cross-functional leader, aligning various revenue functions such as Solution Consulting, BDRs, Customer Success, Legal, and Professional Services.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and exceed revenue targets in the Enterprise Sales sector.
- Contribute to growth by combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution to scale operations in a rapidly growing region.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes, ensure customer satisfaction, and support Pigment’s overall mission.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
Requirements
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience managing Mid-Market and/or Corporate Sales teams, specifically in a SaaS environment.
- Demonstrated success as a Sales Executive with a proven track record.
- Experience managing deal cycles of 4-8 months with average contract values exceeding $70,000.
- Proven experience in building and leading sales efforts in the UK&I market.
- Relevant background in selling business applications, particularly in finance, supply chain, sales performance management, business planning, BI, or Data Analytics.
- Strong history of generating significant revenue impact and establishing deep relationships within large organizations (over 5000 employees).
- Experience managing relationships with C-level executives through complex sales processes.
- Ability to define strategy, work independently, and take initiative to impact revenue directly.
- Fluency in English.
